Northeast Clutch Baseball has entered an exciting new chapter under the leadership of Coach Brian Hayden, who officially took ownership in October 2025. Building on the strong foundation established by Pete and Paul, Brian and his team are proud to carry forward the vision they created: a place where athletes of all ages can grow through the game, both as players and as people.

The Northeast Clutch Baseball Facility is a fully equipped indoor baseball and softball training center featuring two batting cages, four individual hitting stations, portable pitching mounds, and an open turf training area that accommodates full and dynamic practices. It’s a space designed for development, discipline, and fun, guided by a staff with extensive experience at both the high school and collegiate levels.

Northeast Clutch remains committed to providing the highest quality instruction to players of every age and ability. The program offers private lessons in hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding, along with small group sessions and seasonal camps throughout the fall, winter, and summer. The organization also operates competitive travel teams for players 18 and under, helping young athletes prepare for the next level of competition.

Under Brian’s direction, the program continues to emphasize not only skill development, but also the social and emotional growth of every athlete. His coaching philosophy centers on helping players build confidence, resilience, and leadership.. Values that last well beyond their playing years.

The mission is simple: to honor the work that began with Pete and Paul, to build on their legacy, and to ensure that Northeast Clutch continues to be a place where dedication meets opportunity, and where a love for the game helps shape exceptional young men and women.
